Although we are not a large agency or student development company, we aim to offer all that you would expect from these large companies but at a much more affordable rent.

We pride ourselves on providing a feeling of homeliness in both our houses. We don't just give you an empty shell but a place you can feel instantly at home in.

Everything you need is provided, all our rooms are fully furnished and we even give those little extras that make all the difference. The kitchens are also fully equipped with everything you need. Perfect for international students, or those who just travel light.

We may be small but we are there if you have any problems. If something breaks, tell us and we will resolve it.

All our tenants are given their own individual tenancy agreement so no worries about what to do should one tenant leave. All rooms have their own secure room locks.

We include all Water rates, TV licence and Unlimited Internet in your rent so you do not pay extra for these. We have a unique way of charging for the Gas and Electricity which makes ours one of the cheapest and fairest around. Please see our 'Bills' page for more details.

Finally, after thoroughly cleaning your room before you arrive, we leave a small welcome basket for you. Its not much but hopefully contains a few things to help you get settled in.
